Return Policy (Regular Everyday Orders)
If you're not completely satisfied with any item you may return any item WITHIN
30 DAYS OF RECEIPT for exchange or refund, excluding original shipping &
handling charges. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer
is responsible for shipping costs on returned merchandise to Supplement Fountain
Company unless Supplement Fountain shipped the incorrect or defective product.
The returned item(s) must be in perfect condition with the original tags and
labels attached if possible.
Please include a copy of the return form in the carton, and wrap the package
securely. Please indicate the reason for your return or exchange.
We Do Not charge our customers a Re-Stocking Fee for Returned merchandise -
other online retailers would rather persuade you to exchange your merchandise
rather than return it and be charged a Re-Stocking Fee, we want you to be Happy
with your online purchase, if your not Happy with any of your items, you may
return them for a full value credit less shipping charges.
